korean-edu.com Agreement

This Agreement contains all of the terms and conditions between Haneroom Co., Ltd. ("korean-edu.com") and you and governs the use of the services offered at the korean-edu.com Web site (the "Site"). Please read this Agreement before using the Site. your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions in this Agreement. By using any resources of information on the Site, you agrees that you has read this Agreement and understands all of its contents and you accepts all the terms and conditions in the Agreement.

korean-edu.com is an online Korean language education service from Haneroom Co., Ltd.. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Accept", and using korean-edu.com, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Subscription Agreement. You may print and keep a copy of this Agreement. Haneroom may change the terms and conditions in this Subscription Agreement. When changes are made, Haneroom will notify you by e-mail or online postings. If you agree to be bound by the changes, you must click on "I Accept" at the end of the Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription to korean-edu. By clicking "I Accept", you also are agree that Haneroom may store the information you provide as part of the registration process, and provide aggregate statistical information about Korean-edu.com subscribers to potential advertisers in korean-edu and other Hanroom services. Hanroom also may use the information to inform you about other Haneroom products and services, unless you notify Haneroom that you do not wish to receive this information. However, no one other than Haneroom will receive your name, address, phone number, email address, or other specific personal identifying information, without your expressed prior consent.

The information available through korean-edu.com is the property of Haneroom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Information received through korean-edu may be displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the information received through korean-edu to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same school or organization, without the expressed prior written consent of Haneroom. Furthermore, you may not post any content from korean-edu to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior written consent of Haneroom

FEES AND PAYMENTS

You can always find the current Subscription Fees and charges, if any, for special or additional content or features, posted in the Help Section, under Subscription Information. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your user name and password for korean-edu (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Haneroom may change the Subscription Fees and charges then in effect, or add new charges, by giving you notice in advance. All charges incurred in connection with your user name and password will be billed to the credit card you designate during the registration process. If you want to designate a different credit card or there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, or if you believe someone has accessed korean-edu using your user name and password without your authorization, you must call Haneroom customer Service at the telephone numbers listed below. You also are responsible for any charges incurred to access Haneroom through an Internet access provider or other third party service. HANEROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

HANEROOM CO., LTD. CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT THE COMPLETENESS, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH KOREAN-EDU OR KOREAN-EDU ITSELF. NEITHER HANEROOM SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY. IN NO EVENT WILL HANEROOM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION. HANEROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF HANEROOM, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH KOREAN-EDU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KOREAN-EDU FOR THE USE OF KOREAN-EDU .

You are responsible for all statements made and acts or omissions that occur while your password is being used. Your subscription will continue until terminated by Haneroom or until you notify Haneroom by telephone or electronic mail of your decision to terminate your subscription. Haneroom may discontinue or change korean-edu, or its availability to you, at any time, and you may always terminate your subscription at any time. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the Republic of Korea. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
